        The PassForge Privacy Promise: We believe that your security data belongs to you. PassForge is designed as an 100% offline toolkit. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any servers.
    

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the PassForge Application.

1. Information Collection

PassForge is built with a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. Because the application operates entirely offline:

No Personal Data: We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
No Account Creation: You are not required to create an account to use the Service.
No Internet Permission: The application does not request internet access permissions, ensuring that any data generated (passwords, PINs, etc.) cannot leave your device.

2. Data Storage & Security

All data generated by the Application is stored exclusively on your local device.

Encryption: Sensitive information, such as your generation history, is stored using 256-bit AES encryption (EncryptedSharedPreferences).
Biometrics: If you enable the Biometric Lock, your fingerprint or face data is handled by the Android system's secure hardware. We never have access to your biometric data.
User Control: You have full control over your data. You can clear your history or reset your settings at any time within the application.

3. Usage Data

We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking cookies. We do not monitor how often you use specific features or track your location.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal information from anyone.

5. Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to external sites (such as our GitHub project page). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app does not have a backend, we will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and including a notice in the "What's New" section of the Play Store update.
